Refund, Cancellation & Payment Policy Effective Upon Purchase This Refund, Cancellation & Payment Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through Fresh Start Consulting LLC, including but not limited to coaching programs, digital products, live events, networking experiences, workshops, retreats, and services (collectively, “Services”). By completing a purchase, you (“Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy in full. ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS All sales are final and non-refundable. Fresh Start Consulting LLC does not offer refunds, credits, exchanges, or transfers for any reason, including but not limited to: Change of mind Scheduling conflicts Personal or financial circumstances Lack of participation Failure to complete the program Dissatisfaction with results Misunderstanding of the offer after purchase This applies to: CommuniPower Coaching Program Business Bestie Networking Experience All digital products, downloads, and content All virtual and in-person events All consulting and coaching services DIGITAL PRODUCTS Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, all digital product sales are strictly non-refundable once access is granted. COACHING PROGRAMS & EVENTS By enrolling in any coaching program or registering for any event, you understand that: Results are not guaranteed Outcomes depend on your personal effort, implementation, and commitment Attendance is your responsibility Missed sessions or unused access do not constitute grounds for a refund PAYMENT PLANS & THIRD-PARTY PAYMENTS If you select a payment plan or third-party payment option (including PayPal, Square, or Klarna): You authorize Fresh Start Consulting LLC to charge all scheduled payments. You agree that all payments must be completed regardless of participation or completion. Failure to complete payments may result in immediate termination of access without refund. PAYPAL, SQUARE & KLARNA DISPUTES By purchasing, you expressly agree not to file a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal through PayPal, Square, Klarna, or your financial institution. If a chargeback or dispute is initiated: Access to all programs, content, and services will be immediately revoked. Fresh Start Consulting LLC reserves the right to submit this Policy, proof of purchase, proof of access, and all communications to dispute the claim. You may be permanently banned from future services. NO GUARANT
